Status: Exotic

Synonyms:
Chenopodium ambrosioides Linnaeus
Teloxys ambrosioides (Linnaeus) W.A. Weber

Dysphania ambrosioides has lanceolate leaves with serrate margins, becoming entire toward the stem apex. The dense inflorescence consists of elongate spikes with small sessile clusters. The leaves are densely gland dotted (somewhat yellow) on the undersurfaces. Dysphania ambrosioides is found in disturbed moist areas.
